My review
I love when authors dare to break the mold, and T.J. Maguire does it with Bratva Menace in a way I didn't see coming. We get a female protagonist who is obsessed with a mobster, willing to do anything — including kidnapping him at the altar — and that is exactly the kind of twist dark romance needs more of. What I loved most was seeing how from book 1 of the series we get small glimpses of Lukyan and Lyla that make you desperate to finally reach their story. When you get there, it doesn't disappoint. These two match each other in chaos, in intensity, and in a dynamic that is both ridiculously funny and completely addictive. And the plot twist... a masterpiece. I didn't see it coming and I loved every second of it.
